Look out for this Game :FRAGILE ～さよなら月の廃墟～(Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon)

While searching through random videos on youtube, I happened to come across a very interesting trailer for a game. This game is alreay out in Japan and I've learned that it will be making it's way to the States soon. Even so, let me introduce you to the Wii game titled, FRAGILE ～さよなら月の廃墟～orFragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon

FRAGILE ～さよなら月の廃墟～looks to be a role-playing game for the Wii, and was released in Japan on January 22, 2009. The game will be making it's North America apperance in the winter of 2009!

Check out the Game Trailer. I'm really interested in this game, and luckily for myself I have access to a Wii ^^ (I plan on buying one for myself but right now I will use my cousins since they don't use it hardly at all). I think what draws me to this game is the beautiful music and the look.. it has a lot of mystery to it.. but see for yourself.

As for the story itself, The game takes place in Tokyo, but it seems it's more of a post-apocalyptic near future world. You play as the young boy Seto, who discovers that Even the cities have been left abandoned. He goes out searching for survivors like himself somewhere, and soon comes upon a rather mysterious girl sitting on a lurching steel frame, singing a beautiful tune... She runs away before he can get her name and so this boy sets out to find her once more and find out why the world is so empty.

~CD INFO~
*There are samples of songs from the OST at the end of this post*

I recently got the soundtrack for this game, and let me tell you, this one goes on my list of all time favorite game soundtracks. I have very few on this list as I am super picky. It doesn't beat out Fin Fantasy piano collections or the Xenogears OST but it is on the same list as those awesome soundtracks. Everything about this OST makes you think back to the game.. even if you have only sen the trailer!. Composed by 斉藤理詠,FRAGILE's OST is loaded with an assortment of haunting tunes and touching piano numbers. If you decide to get the game I highly suggest you buy the OST along with it.

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete Special Screening For 800 People

I seem to be on a Final fantasy kick these days, but what can I say I
LOVE the series. I just finished watching Advent Children.
I never bought the US version. My boss at MTV had gone to Japan to cover a story and brought me back a free copy of the original DVD before t even came out. (I wish I was still working there >_<)

Here is some news I found that will either be the most fantastic news you've heard or seem meninges or just somewhere in between :

Want to see feature film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete before it goes on sale on April 16 in Japan?

Japanese game maker Square Enix is offering the chance to silver members of its online site Square Enix Members who have reserved the Blu-ray movie or the movie's special PS3 bundle at the Square Enix e-store. There are 800 spots open, and the screenings will be on April 11 and 12 with four screenings on both days. The "PREMIERE SCREENING" will be held at the Ginza Sony Building in Tokyo.

Those interested can register starting today. Registration closes on March 22. Life goes on.

I'm wondering how well this will be. I'm not too excited.. for one I'm not living in Japan at the moment and TWO I liked the movie but I didn't think it was the best. I feel they could have made a better movie with this one. I'll see the extended one they are releasing but I'm not going to put a ton of my energy into being excited for this. If anything I would get the PS3 bundle just so I could play FFXIII

What are your thoughts on this?

Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete and....Final Fantasy VII OVA?

So has anyone been to the official Final Fantasy XIII website? Well if you haven't I suggest you go there now!!!!!!! I know I can't wait to get my hands on this game, and hearing news that the US release will be pushed back yet again I can't help but want to contact one of my friends in Japan and send them money and a note asking them to get me the Japanese game so I can play it. (Oh yeah It's a serious thought!) ^^

Oh.. right back to the FFXIII site... It's pretty much your first source for new information and trailers as well as character profiles. They keep updating as the days get closer to some sort of release I'm guessing.

Well anyway I was browsing the site and found in the lower righthand corner a link to the official page for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete. WHAT?!?! THEY ARE RELEASING THE MOVIE AGAIN?!?!? Well yes.. but this time it's a director's cut!!

A tralier of the film was shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2006, and will be for release on Blu-Ray. New scenes will be added to the film as well as ....YESSSS.... a playable demo of Final Fantasy XIII....AND.....will include the first HD trailers of Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII, making them the first released HD trailers of the Fabula Nova Crystallis series.

In addition, Square Enix just announced that the bundle will also include the an original anime titled, Final Fantasy VII:On the Way to a Smile-Episode: Denzel.
Now those of you who remember when FFAC was getting ready to come out, the official site posted a side story concerning the character of Denzel. I Imagine that this anime will be the animated version of the story that was posted on the FFAC official site. Animation studios A-1 Pictures, and BeStack. are the ones in charge of making this anime.
